Snug on the corner of the West Pymble Philip Mall, Munch Deli cafe is the perfect place to grab a coffee on the way to work, or to sit in the sun and enjoy a wholesome meal and a good black tea.
We cater for every tastebud, being grounded on the philosophy that every experience at Munch can and should be a good one. And a memorable one!
Come browse our deli selection of meats and cheese, quince slice, candles, gingerbread cookies, gourmet sauces and fancy pickles, you name it! We might have it. And if we don't we'll smile at you and tell you very nicely, and offer you a nice large latte instead.
Or you know what, why not explore our delicious range of cakes and cookies; sample some famous home-baked date slice or dig into a sumptuous lemon tart, nibble on a macaroon, or perhaps have a go at one of our gorgeous gluten free cupcakes? You're tongue will be dancing little jigs in your mouth! Which may or may not be a positive thing...
Not a sweet toothed kind of person? Never fear! We have more filos, pies, rolls and rice paper wraps than you could possibly shake a stick at, not to mention freshly prepared sandwiches and copious exotic things which before my munch days I had never heard of, but have since fallen in love with.
But maybe you're after a big meal? Or a small one, but a meal nonetheless? Well! We serve all day breakfasts of eggs in any shape or size, all sorts of toasts from sourdough to turkish and back to white, burgers, open grills, and for the light and summer-minded, muesli with some rather dashing strawberries and a mouth watering glob of natural yogurt. What a selection!
And perhaps, after all that, a drink is all you want! Well, aside from our top quality coffee ground from the finest organic beans I have ever tasted (and I am a coffee snob of the highest degree), you will find our fridge stocked with equally organic soda, soft drinks, and our kitchen full of freshly pressed juices and delicious Iced Chocolates. Not to mention our famous milkshakes.
Finally, it could be possible that all you need in this world is a friend. A chummy fellow to pass the time of day with. A pal! Well, we will never condone the use of words like 'chum' and 'pal', but here at Munch we all thrive on serving, chatting with and generally looking after our customers.
